Restaurant Week


For more than a decade, Restaurant Week has remained one of the most anticipated annual events on Amelia Island. From January 17-26, 2020, enjoy cuisine from the island’s award-winning and popular dining establishments through a ten-day culinary showcase of savory prix-fixe menus for lunch and dinner along with delicious events.

Participating restaurants offer prix-fixe menu(s) at $12 for lunch and $21, $31 or $41 for dinner.

A Prelude of Culinary Heritage Kickoff Dinner

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island kicks off Amelia Island Restaurant Week (Jan. 15th - 6pm) with a preview of the resort’s newest restaurant: Coquina. Inspired by the island’s Eight Flags lore, this extraordinary prelude event highlights the dynamic flavors and bold, free-spirits of Amelia Island’s Spanish heritage.

Price: $89 per guest, with a portion benefitting the St. Marys Riverkeeper. Advance reservations are required; please call 904-277-1087 to RSVP.


The Addison House Cheesemaking Class

The Addison House will be offering a Cheesemaking Class Jan 17 - 20. The 3-day class includes instructional material, cheesemaking for consumption by class participants and to take home, and a gift certificate towards dinner at Burlingame Restaurant on Saturday evening. The class is limited to 10 participants and rooms have been blocked for the event. Participants need to call the Inn at 904-277-1604 to reserve a room. The fee for the class is $400/person in addition to their room reservation.

Chef’s Adventure Menu Experience at Salt

Salt Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island presents the Chef’s Adventure Menu, Jan 19 - Jan 23. Experience the four-course Chef’s adventure menu, expertly prepared by Chef Rick Laughlin and the Salt kitchen team, to delight the palate. This signature menu offers guests a blind-tasting geared to their unique preferences, ensuring a one-of-a-kind personalized experience at The Ritz-Carlton’s only domestic AAA Five-Diamond restaurant. Especially for Amelia Island Restaurant Week, this menu will include a complimentary champagne toast and signature gift from the Chef. Advance reservations are required. Hors d'oeuvres and concert with Rupert Wates

On Saturday, January 18 at 6pm, Story & Song Bookstore Bistro will offer an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, followed at 7:30pm by a concert performance by acclaimed singer/songwriter Rupert Wates. Chinese New Year!

In conjunction with Restaurant Week and to usher in the Chinese New Year of Rat, Wicked BAO, Asian Street Food, celebrates with special dishes for prosperity, health & family! Whole fried fish with Sweet Chili sauce (for prosperity), Soft shell crab BAO, Seared Duck breast with Citrus Spinach Salad (customer’s favorites), Potstickers & Dumplings (for wealth), Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle (for long life), just to name a few.

New Year Celebration starts on Chinese New Year’s Eve, Friday 1/24 & Chinese New Year, Saturday 1/25. Cheers with our house-crafted Signature Sake Sangria!

Farm to Table Finale Dinner

Restaurant Week will conclude with the “Farm to Table Rebirth” finale dinner (Jan. 25) at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Drawing inspiration from The Sprouting Project and its resident chickens, Executive Chef Todd Ruiz will craft a five-course dinner with unique dishes using eggs as the showcased ingredient.

Price: $91.46 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity).
