What was once just a seedling of an idea has blossomed into the Omni Amelia Island Resort’s newest offering. “The Sprouting Project” consists of a state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, an expansive organic garden, a large collection of beehives, a barrel room.

The Sprouting Project also hosts featured dinners. Don’t miss out on a wonderful opportunity to get up close and personal with our talented culinary team.
