About Coast at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island

Coast is a “Modern American” eatery that celebrates local fishermen, farmers and craftsmen by using their products, from fresh seafood, to produce, to hand-made pottery from crafted and cultivated in our area. The focus is to create heartfully-crafted food, both from a passion perspective as well as a healthy perspective. Items like their butter dishes, creamers and some of the plates from Fernandina Clay, to clams from New Smyrna, to produce from the Jacksonville area and glassware from recycled wine bottles are a reflection of those values. The Coast logo symbolizes the Atlantic Ocean, land and dunes, and its shape represents gathering, or the coming together of friends and family.

Coast offers a fresh new take on coastal cuisine with a seasonal menu that includes local seafood, steaks, fresh pasta, salads and small plates created with great passion. The newly reimagined casual restaurant offers indoor and terrace dining and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Relax in the invitingly casual atmosphere with an innovative coastal flair.
