Fernandina Beach Kingfish Tournament and Fishing Rodeo

The Fernandina Beach Kingfish Tournament and Fishing Rodeo is a 2 day event. Tournament registration is open now at www.nsfafish.net/rodeo and onsite, Friday, August 11th from 3:00 - 7:00 PM. There is a Mandatory Captain's Meeting Friday August 11th, 7:00 PM at the Fernandina Harbor Marina. The tournament fishing day is Saturday, August 12th from 6:30 AM until 5:00 PM. Weigh-In is from 2:00 - 5:00 PM and the Awards ceremony will follow at 7:00 PM. The tournament consists of two divisions.

The Kingfish division will pay $10,000 for 1st place and will pay up to 10 places, based on 100 paid boats. A Lady Angler and Junior Angler 1st and 2nd place, will also be awarded. The Inshore Rodeo division will consist of 4 species, Flounder, Sea Trout, Redfish and Sheepshead. Each species will pay $850 for 1st place and $450 for 2nd place. Kingfish division early entry is $250 thru July 31st, then $350 thru August 10th then $400 August 11th.
