Freemark Abbey Wine Dinner

Join us at Salt for an intimate evening showcasing the acclaimed wines of Freemark Abbey, one of Napa Valley’s most historic estates. Chef Okan presents a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu beginning with a chef’s amuse-bouche, followed by Warm Lobster Carpaccio, Veal Tongue, Grilled Flat Iron with Mushroom, and a decadent Cherry Chocolate finale.

Each course is expertly paired with distinguished Freemark Abbey wines, including the 2024 Sauvignon Blanc, 2024 Chardonnay, 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Sycamore Vineyard, 2015 Cabernet Bosché Vineyard, 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Sycamore Vineyard, and 2022 Merlot. Together, they create a memorable exploration of Napa Valley craftsmanship and Chef Okan’s refined culinary vision.
