Sounds on Centre – June 6Kick off the summer with live music in historic downtown Fernandina Beach. This lively concert series brings the community together for an evening of dancing in the streets, music, and island vibes under the stars. Live music by the Tommy Peacock Band. 6-8pm.
Pride Parade & Festival – June 7Celebrate love, diversity, and inclusion at Amelia Island’s Pride Parade & Festival. Expect colorful floats, inspiring performances, and a strong sense of community spirit. Parade at 10am. Festival at 11am in Central Park.
Chamber Music Festival: The American String Quartet – June 11Don’t miss the luxurious sounds of classical music as the world-renowned American String Quartet performs during the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival. Held at Mocama Beer Company. A perfect night out for Beethoven and Beer. 5-7pm.
Amelia Island Sun & Surf Film Fest – June 21Surf film buffs will love this inaugural festival at Mocama Beer Company. Enjoy vendors, food trucks, local surf films, live music, surf celebrities and raffles. Day activities are free to the public and evening activities are $25 either pre-purchased or at the door on day of event. 1-10pm.
Hometown 4th of July Celebration – July 4A classic Amelia Island tradition where the past and the present collide into small town perfection.You will find vendors, music and other festivities – culminating in a spectacular fireworks display at 9 p.m. Family fun at its finest! 6-9:30pm
Red, White & Deep Blue Celebration – July 4Hosted by The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, this ticketed event includes a delicious barbecue buffet, family games, and exclusive front-row fireworks viewing. A luxurious way to celebrate Independence Day. 6-10pm.
Firecracker 5K – July 5Burn off those barbecue calories with a festive, chip-timed run through beautiful Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa. The perfect way to stay active while soaking in scenic views. 8-9:30am
Amelia Island Dance Series with Crescendo Amelia – July 20Swing into summer with an evening of live music and dancing at the Women’s Club (201 Jean LaFitte Blvd). From classic ballroom to modern pop, enjoy music from the 1920s to today with a live horn section and world-class performers. 4-6:30pm
Summer Sip & Shop – August 1Downtown Fernandina Beach becomes a strolling, sipping paradise during this special event. Participants receive an insulated wine cup, wristband, and map to all the participating shops. Sip while you shop your way through local boutiques! 4-7pm.
Sounds on Centre – August 1Bring a lawn chair, get your dancing shoes on, and enjoy some great live music by Str8-Up. Besides live music, there will also be roaming Pirates to have your picture made with … or to dance with! 6-8pm.
