Appreciating Art Through Books

Join us for this series of art book talks by Janet Brendel and Susan Ziel that uses non-fiction, biography, and autobiography to examine the “backstory” of noteworthy artists and their art through the ages.

This month, we will be focusing on Adventures in the Louvre by Elaine Sciolino. You can purchase this book in advance at Story & Song or with your reservation. This program is complimentary. Reservations are required. Box lunches available.

About Our Speakers:
Janet Brendel and Susan Ziel have many years of experience as museum docents. They also both co-chair and contribute to the “Art Walks and Talks” events that are organized for the Amelia Island Newcomers. Their love of art is evident is all aspects of their work.
