All of the reasons that make Amelia Island, Florida the perfect place to relax and getaway also make it the ideal spot for your next conference, company retreat or small-business event.  With our Flights for Sites program, we welcome the opportunity for meeting planners and event professionals to visit meeting properties on Amelia Island and qualify for reimbursement of your airfare or mileage driven.  

 


Up to $500 in flight travel with copy of ticket / receipt



Up to 870 miles at the IRS rate of $.575 per mile with proof of route via mapped mileage

 


Qualifications for Program


Minimum of 150 cumulative room nights



Minimum of $7,500 in food & beverage spend

 

 

Qualification for this program must be confirmed in advance by the property’s Director of Sales and the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (AICVB). Reimbursement is not valid on previously booked airfare or past site visits or programs. Planners may only submit for reimbursement to one property per visit, for one meeting planner.
