Getting married at the Amelia River Club on Amelia Island was incredibly special; my great-grandparents retired on the island, so it has always felt like a second home. Beyond its sentimental meaning, the charm of the island creates such an unforgettable wedding experience. I’ll never forget watching the sunset over the marsh as we said our vows, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Spanish moss trees and the Intracoastal. It made the day feel even more meaningful!

March, April and May are the spring wedding season, while October and November are the best months in fall. Either way, the weather in these months is typically cooler than the southern half of Florida, but not too cold that you’d need to wear a jacket over that beautiful wedding dress.
