Snackonmysnacks started as a craft service business in Los Angeles by Torie Lancaster. She worked on TV sets, commercials and movies providing packaged snacks, platters and hors d’oeuvres for the cast and crew for five years. When Covid hit, she moved to Santa Barbara and started doing just charcuterie. Since Covid was still in full swing, she started selling charcuterie boxes and charcuterie cones at local markets. After two years, Torie decided it was time to come back to her hometown of Fernandina beach, Florida!
Since being back home, she has done grazing tables for the artist catering tent at Bourbon and Beyond and Louder than Life, two big music festivals in Kentucky. She regularly sets up charcuterie spreads in the VIP catering tents for music festivals at the spirit of Suwannee music park. Locally, she has done weddings, ribbon cuttings, baby showers, river cruises, holiday parties and more! One highlight was working with Amelia Island kayaks and shuttling over to Cumberland Island 4 days in a row to do a picnic and charcuterie set up by the wild horses!
She also teaches in home charcuterie classes and sets up picnic set ups!
