Amelia Fresh Cafe and Amelia Roasting Coffee

Very cute spot for when I was in town for the weekend. Great sandwiches, juices, and baked goods that actually taste great. The garden ambiance is perfect for getting some work done. Plus the staff are very kind and sweet, they made it a very homey experience! Shout out to the barista who helped me with figuring out the bus stops ✊🏽

My family visited the Mustard Seed Cafe for brunch. The food was delicious and Vegan/Gluten/Dairy free choices are plentiful. We had soup and sandwiches, and quiche, all yummy. My son especially liked the smoothies.

Service was excellent. The head chef came to our table to confirm a change he made to a smoothie recipe was okay for my son. It was!

The restaurant is inside the Nassau Health Foods store which was a bit confusing at first but a sign out front confirmed we were in the right place.

By the way, for gluten, wheat , dairy free families the store is also a great find. Pricing for GF bread and dairy free deserts are the same or less then I saw at Publics.

Overall highly recommend the store and cafe

This is a small cafe inside Nassau Health Foods. The menu is somewhat limited but there are daily specials, which they used to post on Facebook, but not lately. We did takeout and had good chicken wraps and soup. Service and prep time was adequate.

Inside a health food store. Plenty of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables, too. We had the rice bowl (okay), tofu club sandwich (fantastic!), and tabouleh (also fantastic). Also tried the vegan desserts available in the fridge at the edge of the restaurant section. Out of this world!

The Mustard Seed is a lovely restaurant with great food. Friendly and good service. Homemade bread. A terrific little place!!!
