Christmas Market Dates: December 11-13, 2026

Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in the Annual Dickens on Centre Festival on Amelia Island!

Please review the selection of vendor booth spaces below. All vendor spaces are 10×10 unless approved by festival organizer. Please note that not all vendors who apply for certain areas of the Christmas Market will be accepted in their requested area. You may be asked to vend in a location better suited for the Christmas Market flow. Preference will be given to those vendors selling handmade, holiday inspired or themed, and unique items or gifts. Booth locations once assigned are final. Booth fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application submission

The application link will be sent to past vendors on May 13, 2026, at noon.

2015 Dickens on Centre nighttime

Side Street Vendor

Fee: $350 + Processing Fee

Locations:

  • Artist Alley: N 2nd Street between Centre and Alachua
  • Cratchit’s Corner: S 2nd Street between Centre and the Enchanted Village
  • Tiny Tim’s: N 3rd Street between Centre and Alachua
  • Oliver’s Alley: S 3rd Street between Centre and Ash

Inclusions:

  • 10’ x 10’ space – no tent provided; must bring own WHITE 10′ x 10′ tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights and sidewalls.
  • 16″ x 16″ vendor sign
  • Access to basic electricity. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public

Premium Side Street Vendor

Fee: $550 + Processing Fee

Locations:

  • Corner booth in Artist Alley: N 2nd Street at Centre (2 Available)
  • Cratchit’s Corner: S 2nd Street between Centre and the Enchanted Village (2 Available)
  • Corner booth in Tiny Tim’s: N 3rd Street at Centre (2 Available)
  • Corner booth in Oliver’s Alley: S 3rd Street at Centre (2 Available)

Dickens Vendors downtown

Centre Street Vendor

Fee: $600 + Processing Fee

Location:

  • Centre Street from 4th to Front Streets
  • Because of limited spaces, vendors will be accepted to Centre Street at the discretion of the event producer

Inclusions:

  • 10’ x 10’ space
  • 10’ x 10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls (Back and side walls will be installed. If a vendor would like back or side walls removed during the event, it is the responsibility of the vendor to do so. Only front walls will be taken down & put up by tent wall team)
  • Tent set-up & breakdown
  • Two (2) 6’ tables &+ two (2) chairs (vendor responsible for set-up & breakdown of tables and chairs)
  • 2’ x 10’ vinyl vendor name banner
  • Access to basic electricity. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public

Premium Centre Street Vendor

Fee: $800 + Processing Fee

Locations:

  • Corner of 2nd Street (4 Available)
  • Corner of 3rd Street (4 Available)
  • Because of limited spaces, vendors will be accepted to Centre Street at the discretion of the event producer

Inclusions:

  • 10’ x 10’ space

Food Trucks

Fee: $400 + Processing Fee

Location:

  • Oliver’s Eats: N 2nd Street between Artist’s Alley and Alachua Street
  • Limited spaces and space available
  • Trucks will be chosen based on type of food (no duplicate cuisine)

Inclusions:

  • Space necessary to accommodate food truck/trailer
  • Access to basic electricity. Please provide information on application regarding electrical needs including amperage. Vendor must provide extension cords which should be grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public. An electrician will be onsite throughout the festival to assist with electricity. Quiet generators are allowed and should be shielded from the public for safety and noise

2018 Amelia - Dickens on Centre

Food Vendors

Fee: $350 + Processing Fee

  • Various locations throughout the festival based on festival flow

  • 10′ x 10′ space – no tent provided; vendor must bring own WHITE 10′ x 10′ tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights and sidewalls
