To honor Chef José Andrés and his organization whose work is “Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope,” we are creating a meal to eat in the Courtyard or take to-go.
We’ll ask you to go through the line, just like those who WCK feed in war-torn areas of the world, for a simple meal of Reem’s Kafta Bil Bandora (beef meatballs in sauce), flatbread, and a green salad with chick peas, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
All proceeds will be donated to the World Central Kitchen. You are welcome to offer an additional donation or we’ll have details on where to send a private donation directly. We’ll also have several of the WCK cookbooks available for purchase.
