The Colorful World of José Garcia
Teogenes José Garcia-Luina, known to his friends as José, was born and grew up on the enchanting island of Puerto Rico. He completed his graduate work at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. before working for over 40 years for a major airline. Painting and drawing were always a large part of his life yet it wasn’t until he arrived in his new home of Amelia Island that he began the public showing of his work of Color, History and Fantasy.
