As you board the boat, you will be greeted with a Pau Hana Helles lager, a very light German beer, specifically chosen by Jessie. This is a great start for the evening with a low alcohol count, yet very light, slightly sweet, and oh, so refreshing. Take a seat at any of the tables, upstairs or down, as they all have absolutely amazing views. With a coastal breeze in your hair you will dine on a succulent lobster tail, petit potato rounds cooked to perfection, and a tasty skewer loaded with sausage.
Feel free to get up and walk around, dance or make new friends, as your hosts present three additional brews for your tasting pleasure. Lily is a light and delicate Belgian beer. It has a golden color, and its drinkability defies its high alcohol content. It has notes of citrus zest, pear, and clove, with a crisp, dry, finish. Cardinal Truth is their flagship IPA. Expect a firm bitterness and abundant hop aroma, with notes of citrus, grapefruit, and pine. To complete the trio, Daisy is back on their menu by popular demand, and you are sure to enjoy this crisp, honey blonde ale.
