Join us for a flavorful afternoon celebrating local shrimp and the culinary stories of Amelia Island. Enjoy a lively conversation with a featured chef, sample recipes from The Amelia Island Table: Celebrating Community with Stories & Recipes, and explore selections from new fall cookbooks.

Cash bar also available.

Chef Dean Max comes from a dynasty of foodies from farmers to restaurant entrepreneurs and chefs. Chef Max studied food and restaurant management at FSU and in Florence, Italy, then put those skills to use at restaurants from San Francisco to Ft. Lauderdale, the Caribbean Islands to Washington, D.C. With many appearances on the Food Network, Chef Max has been recognized with numerous “Best Chef” awards and distinction as the National Restaurant Association’s James Beard Recognized Chef.

Chef Dylan Benoit considers himself a professional chef, perpetual traveller, avid storyteller and host of the Food Network Canada’s Show Fire Masters. He is driven by food, travel and creating and his passion is studying cuisines and cultures from around the globe. He is a private chef with a catering company based in the Cayman Islands called prime Kitchen.
