Each year in early December, the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl announces two of the best teams in college football for an epic match-up in the Sunshine State. The 79th Annual TaxSlayer Gator Bowl in 2023 featuring Clemson v. Kentucky proved to be a feline frenzy of football.
Located just 30 minutes from the stadium, Amelia Island is inviting friends and fans of the Tigers of Clemson University (8-4) and Wildcats of the University of Kentucky (7-5) to enjoy the island’s award-winning resorts and hotels as their bowl game headquarters. Amelia Island will be hosting the Clemson Tiger team during their stay for the exciting college football showdown.
