The Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (AICVB) is happy to be your first point of contact when considering a conference or event on Amelia Island. Please take a moment to fill out the RFP form on this page or upload your own RFP and we will assist you by ensuring that all relevant meeting suppliers are aware of your needs.  Your RFP will be sent on your behalf to all qualifying properties that can accommodate the meeting or group function.  Feel free to select below any specific properties that you want included as well.
