Reuniting after working together in the kitchens of Blue by Eric Ripert and the legendary Cayman Cookout, Chefs Okan and Seifried present an informative and entertaining Chefs Theater. With their culinary foundations built on seafood, chefs demonstrate two dishes and create an inspired experience followed by a dessert by the pastry chef.
