Amelia Island Opera presents: Viva la Diva!
Diva: anyone who stands out from the crowd, a woman who seems larger than life, who possesses an unshakeable sense of self, whose character and glamor are beyond reproach.
Sopranos Laura León and Robyn Marie Lamp are joined by mezzo-sopranos Victoria Isernia and Toni Myers for a dazzling program of solos, duets, and quartets. Accompanied by pianist Michael Giuliani, this hour-long concert will feature favorite operatic selections by Puccini, Bernstein, Bellini, Offenbach, and more, as well as an enchanting variety of popular songs featuring rich harmonies.
