About Blue Heron Inn

Located in the heart of the National Historic District, the Blue Heron Inn is a beautifully restored 3-story 1904 home furnished with the most elegant and up-to-date comforts. Winner of Diamond Certification from Bed and Breakfast.com. 

Imagine yourself sipping a cup of coffee on the beautiful wrap-around front porch as you enjoy  a delicious breakfast or relaxing poolside with a glass of wine. 

The Inn boasts six tastefully decorated, spacious guest rooms, all with private baths, some featuring Jacuzzi bathtubs or claw foot tubs.  Lose yourself in the tranquility of the private landscaped backyard while you enjoy the gardens and the heated, lit, in-ground pool. 

A gourmet breakfast is served to all guests as well as a daily complimentary “Adult Time Out” hour of afternoon refreshments and fresh-baked cookies in the evening. We offer complimentary bicycles and beach chairs.  Gathering Room and Dining Room areas are available for meetings when you book the entire inn. Teens and ‘tweens are welcome with accompanying adults.
