Amelia Island Cookout is a four-day, island-wide celebration of food, wine, spirits, and Southern hospitality. Led by Chef Okan Kizilbayir, Culinary Director and Chef de Cuisine of Salt, the event will showcase 30+ chefs, pitmasters, mixologists, winemakers, and culinary luminaries from around the country.
