Reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the 50% Reservation Deposit. IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 30-DAY NOTICE THE ENTIRE 50% DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL RESULT IN 100% FORFEITURE OF THE TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. If reservation is placed less than 30 days before arrival date, guests can contact Miller Rentals on Amelia for a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the AmeliaIsland.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Pet fee is 149 for nightly rentals and 249 for monthly rentals
