The practice encourages a relaxed state of centeredness and self-awareness\, potentially leading to noticeable shifts in both mood and physical well-being in the days and weeks that follow. \nOur session will begin with an insightful introduction to essential oils\, focusing on their benefits and guidelines for safe enjoyment. Our journey through the Chakras begins with a gentle yoga practice to warm up the body. We will then focus on polarity exercises thoughtfully paired with essential oils specifically selected to resonate with the individual Chakras. Several partner exercises are incorporated\, enabling a shared experience of healing and connection. We will integrate it all with a final guided meditation and group share. \nThis offering is open to all levels of yoga practice. Hydration is strongly encouraged as essential oils can have a detoxifying effect. Caffeine before class is not recommended.
