About Fort Clinch Nature Walk

Free with park admission of $5.00 per vehicle. Every Saturday, weather permitting. This is a guided nature walk around Willow Pond trail, which winds through a coastal maritime hammock down to fresh water ponds. Through an informative presentation, visitors will discover a wide variety of native plants and animals.

Great Place to Visit, lots of History to learn about

We are staying at Fort Clinch State Park for four days. Lots to do and see here in St. Augustine a town full of history. This park is clean with secluded camp sites and has a great beech. I read...

An unexpected pleasure

We came there late in the day and we were glad we got to see everything. The 'guides' were unique - loved watching the horse shoeing process in particular.

Great beaches

The park has a bit of everything - a fort to visit, endless beaches, shelling, trails, camping, and a beatiful drive. We did all of this except the camping. The park can fill up on weekends so go...
