In addition to our olive oil collection, we have a wide selection of fine balsamic vinegars. Made in Modena, Italy, our balsamics are aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. The olive oils and balsamics that we carry are provided by The Veronica Foods/Delizia Olive Oil Company. This company was established in 1924 as a family run business. Today, it is the oldest, continuously operating olive oil company in the United States.
