VENDOR INFORMATION & APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor in the 7th Annual Dickens on Centre festival on Amelia Island! 

Participants who can provide Victorian-era or holiday themed food, beverages, and products are encouraged to apply.  Preference will be given to vendors who incorporate the Victorian-era theme of a Dickens Christmas.  
 
Festival Dates: December 10-12, 2021
 
Deadline for Vendor Applications:    October 1, 2021

 

SIDE STREET ARTISTS VENDOR FEE - $275

Side Street Vendor Locations
  • Tiny Tim’s Kid Zone: N 3rd Street between Centre and Alachua – Kid friendly holiday gifts, experiences & activities
  • Artist Alley: N 2nd Street between Centre and Alachua – Holiday decor, art & homemade gifts
  • Oliver’s Alley: S 3rd Street between Centre and Ash – A literary row featuring books, poetry, pens, art & more
 

Vendors in the Side Street locations will receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival:

  • Application processing fee
  • Pad fee
  • 10’x10’ space (no tent provided, must bring own WHITE 10x10 tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights)
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity (Vendor must provide extension cord(s).  Extension cords should be grounded and approved for exterior use, and, as much as possible, isolated from the public.)

FOOD VENDOR FEE - $550

Food Vendors along the main thoroughfare of Centre Street and in Festival Food Market on S. 2nd Street (between Centre and Ash), will receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival:
  • Application processing fee
  • Pad fee
  • 10’x10’ space
  • 10’x10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls
  • Optional 2.5’ high solid front 
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • (2) 8’ tables + (2) chairs
  • Access to electricity (Vendor must provide own extension cords.  Extension cords should be  grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public.)
  • Tent setup & breakdown

NON-FOOD CENTRE STREET VENDOR FEE - $450

Vendors in this location will be juried as limited spaces are available. Vendors will receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival:
  • Application processing fee
  • Pad fee
  • 10’x10’ space
  • 10’x10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls
  • Optional 2.5’ high solid front (20 available)
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • (2) 8’ tables + (2) chairs
  • Access to electricity (Vendor must provide own extension cords.  Extension cords should be  grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public.)

NON-FOOD, PREMIUM CENTRE STREET VENDOR FEE - $750

Premium vendor spots will be available on Centre Street with the prime locations of:
  • Closest to Main Stage on Centre Street (1)
  • Entrance to Festival on Centre Street at 4th Street (1)
  • Intersection corners on Centre Street at 2nd and 3rd Streets (8)

Vendors will receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival:
