VENDOR INFORMATION & APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor in the 8th Annual Dickens on Centre festival on Amelia Island! 

Vendors are strongly encouraged to adhere to the holiday theme and spirit of the festival!

SIDE STREET VENDOR FEE - $300

SIDE STREET VENDOR SPACE IS SOLD OUT!
Side Street Vendor Locations
  • Tiny Tim’s Kid Zone: N 3rd Street between Centre and Alachua – Kid friendly holiday gifts, experiences & activities - SOLD OUT!
  • Artist Alley: N 2nd Street between Centre and Alachua – Decor, art & homemade gifts - SOLD OUT!
  • Oliver’s Alley: S 3rd Street between Centre and Ash – Our newest alley for unique gifts for the home, pets, "the hard to buy for" & more! - SOLD OUT!
 

Vendors in the Side Street locations will receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival:

  • Application processing fee
  • Pad fee
  • 10’x10’ space (no tent provided, must bring own WHITE 10x10 tent, flame retardant tent with appropriate weights)
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity (Vendor must provide extension cord(s).  Extension cords should be grounded and approved for exterior use, and, as much as possible, isolated from the public.)

Premium vendor spaces will be available at the entrances of:
  • Oliver's Alley (2) (first space on either side of street entrance) - SOLD OUT!
  • Artists Alley (2) (first space on either side of street entrance) - SOLD OUT!
  • Tiny Tim's Kid Zone (2) (first space on either side of street entrance) - SOLD OUT!

Vendors will be juried as limited spaces are available and receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival:
  • Application processing fee
  • Pad fee
  • 10’x10’ space
  • Optional 10’x10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)
  • Access to electricity (Vendor must provide own extension cords. Extension cords should be  grounded and approved for exterior use and, as much as possible, isolated from the public.)
  • Tent setup & breakdown included if tent provided to vendor

FOOD VENDOR SPACE IS SOLD OUT!
Food Vendors will receive the following inclusions for the 3-day festival.  Final location will be determined at the sole discretion of the event producer.  NOTE:  if you require a corner space, you must register as a premium vendor.
  • Application processing fee
  • Pad fee
  • 10’x10’ space
  • 10’x10’ tent w/ weights & sidewalls
  • Optional 2.5’ high solid front 
  • 2’x10’ vinyl vendor name banner (if new, one will be provided)

  • Closest to Main Stage on Centre Street (2)
  • Centre Street, corner of 3rd Street (2)
  • Centre Street, corner of 2nd Street (4)
