Poses will be modified for all levels in this series that will leave students energized and centered. \nA Moonlight Yoga class is offered at 6pm\, Thursday evenings and Sunrise Yoga is offered at 7:30am Saturday mornings. Guests\, as well as local community members are welcome to join the class. Community members should call 904-277-2328 for reservations. The cost of the class is $35/person. We have yoga mats to use if you don’t have your own. Mats are sanitized after each use.

Glide through the naturally carved paths of the marsh grasses in the estuary\, while having a view of Amelia Island’s historic lighthouse. Enjoy viewing the various aquatic vegetation\, while keeping an eye out for birds and other wildlife that nature has to offer in our area.Approximately 3-hours. Time is added to get signed in and for a brief paddling orientation.
