We link our movements with our breath to focus on ourselves\, a perfect way to relieve stress. Poses will be modified for all levels in this series that will leave students energized and centered. \nA Moonlight Yoga class is offered at 6pm\, Thursday evenings and Sunrise Yoga is offered at 7:30am Saturday mornings. Guests\, as well as local community members are welcome to join the class. Community members should call 904-277-2328 for reservations. We have yoga mats to use if you don’t have your own. Mats are sanitized after each use.
