Step into the enchanting world of Menotti’s The Medium as we unfold the chilling tale of Madame Flora\, who with the help of her daughter Monica and Toby\, a mute servant\, tries to cheat money from bereaved parents through faked séances. During one of these séances\, Madame Flora is touched by a mysterious hand\, an occurrence she cannot explain and which drives her to insanity. \nThe Medium will be sung in English with an estimated run time of one hour and 30 minutes\, including one intermission. This production contains subject matter that may be disturbing to some viewers\, including abuse\, violence\, gunshots\, and the death of a child. Therefore\, it is recommended for audiences 13 years old and up. Arrive early\, grab a brew\, and prepare to let The Medium take you on an extraordinary operatic journey like no other.
