With many appearances on the Food Network\, Chef Max has been recognized with numerous “Best Chef” awards and distinction as the National Restaurant Association’s James Beard Recognized Chef. \nChef Dylan Benoit considers himself a professional chef\, perpetual traveller\, avid storyteller and host of the Food Network Canada’s Show Fire Masters. He is driven by food\, travel and creating and his passion is studying cuisines and cultures from around the globe. He is a private chef with a catering company based in the Cayman Islands called prime Kitchen.
