DESCRIPTION:The Williams House offers Yoga on the front lawn of the Inn. Our class incorporates flow sequences and short holds to improve balance\, strength\, and flexibility. We link our movements with our breath to focus on ourselves\, a perfect way to relieve stress. Poses will be modified for all levels in this series that will leave students energized and centered. \nA Moonlight Yoga class is offered at 6pm\, Thursday evenings and Sunrise Yoga is offered at 7:30am Saturday mornings. Guests\, as well as local community members are welcome to join the class. Community members should call 904-277-2328 for reservations. The cost of the class is $35/person. We have yoga mats to use if you don’t have your own. Mats are sanitized after each use.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for some family fun and “Run Like the Dickens!” \nThis 1-mile fun run starts at Main Beach on Saturday\, December 9th\, at 8:30am. \nThe course will run 1/2 mile north or south on the beach depending on the conditions of the sand\, and back to the start/finish area. Pre-race warm up\, courtesy of Run Like the Dickens partner\, McArthur Family YMCA. This is not a chipped race. \nRace Map:\n \nRegister through Friday\, December 1st until 5pm and receive an official Run Like the Dickens premium t-shirt! All are welcome including kids and dogs! \nAfter Race gathering at Sandbar Amelia Island for complimentary coffee & hot chocolate and $6 breakfast sandwiches from Race end-9am.  Sandbar will also offer brunch early for Run Like the Dickens race participants at 9am and Santa will be onsite at 10am for photo ops! \nRegistration is open NOW! \nDay of race production provided by Salty Sports Society in partnership with McArthur Family YMCA. \nPrizes provided by V Pizza. \n
