Getting to Know Chef Bill

What was the last thing you ate?
CB: Homemade chicken risotto

What do you eat most often?
CB: Nothing is ever a routine. I like to create new things and cook at home a lot. What I cook is usually something different every time.

What are your favorite ingredients to work with?
CB: Olive oil, herbs, butter, butter... and butter.

If you weren't a chef, what would you be doing?
CB: (chuckles) I would be the president... No seriously it would be something in the food industry or I'd be completely bored stiff.

If you could choose any person in the world to cook for, who would it be?
CB: My wife and my kids

Ages of your kids?
CB: (chuckles) They're all over the place... my oldest is 21 and my youngest is 13, with two years in between all 5 of them.
