About Crab Trap

A historic downtown Fernandina Beach landmark for over 30 years and still family owned and operated. Casual dining in a family-friendly, nautically eclectic atmosphere. No reservations needed, but arrive early to beat the crowds. Serving up fresh local shrimp and seafood, as well as many land-lover entrees. Daily fresh catch specials are available as well as a new Happy Hour.  Two full bars, including the upstairs Sunset Bar. Call for private functions.

Shrimp was good

We got the sampler platter for two. The white fish was ok, the shrimp was real good, the deviled crab was good, the hushpuppies and fish were real greasy. But the house dip they bring out to your...

Historical eating

Not fine dining but fine food. Good seafood with an interesting way to eat. Throw your shells in the hole and continue your conversation. This is where the locals eat,and,eat.
