The Williams House offers Yoga on the front lawn of the Inn. Class incorporates flow sequences and short holds to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. We link our movements with our breath to focus on ourselves, a perfect way to relieve stress. Poses will be modified for all levels in this series that will leave students energized and centered.
A Moonlight Yoga class is offered at 6pm, Thursday evenings and Sunrise Yoga is offered at 7:30am Saturday mornings.
