The Amelia Island Museum of History - in partnership with the Amelia Island Jazz Festival - invites you to our next 3rd on 3rd Street Presentation on Friday, July 20th at 6 pm. World-renowned Drummer, Clinician, Bandleader, Founder and Artistic Director of The Amelia Island Jazz Festival, Les De Merle, will present The History of the Amelia Island Jazz Festival Talk and Live Rhythm Performance at the Amelia Island Museum of History (233 S. 3rd St). We will celebrate 15 years of great Jazz on Amelia Island with headliners David Sanborn, Ramsey Lewis, Spyro Gyra, Buckwheat Zydeco and also introduce this year's exciting line up with Janis Siegel of the Manhattan Transfer. Join Les as he shares his history and passion for Jazz music, and support the 15th annual Amelia Island Jazz Festival! The cost at the door will be $10 for members of the Amelia Island Museum of History, $15 for non-members. Seating is first-come/first-served - no advance reservations.
