Crescendo Amelia's June concert is a musical journey through the decades from the old school jazz of the 1920s, through the big band era then on to Motown, pop, R&B and contemporary hits. We are dressing up in our favorite themed decade attire, and we hope you will too!. And yes, there will be a costume contest for best dressed! Each concert in the series features our 9-piece band, and our grand finale on 7/3 will feature our full 18+ piece big band with a slightly higher ticket price. Ticket sales benefit both Crescendo Amelia & Amelia Musical Playhouse. Reservations are highly recommended as this is a limited seating event. Two 45-minute sets with a brief intermission, gates open at 7pm, music at 7:30pm. Sponsors & season pass holders may arrive early at 6:30pm.
