From January 17-26, the rich and varied culinary landscape of Amelia Island gets extra delicious with the return of Restaurant Week, featuring an opening and closing event, three signature events and an array of special prix-fixe menus for lunch and dinner.

A Prelude of Culinary Heritage Kickoff Dinner at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island
Restaurant Week kicks off with a preview of the resort’s newest restaurant: Coquina. Inspired by the island’s Eight Flags lore, this extraordinary prelude event highlights the dynamic flavors and bold, free-spirits of Amelia Island’s Spanish heritage. Price: $89 per guest, with a portion benefitting the ST. MARYS RIVERKEEPER. Advance reservations are required; please call 904-277-1087 to RSVP.

A world of participating restaurants all around the island. From Spanish to Creole to seafood to pub favorites, downtown to the South end, there are menus for every taste, dinner prix fixe options at $21, $31 or $41. 
And for lunch, you'll find a variety of prix-fixe menus at $12.

The Addison House Cheesemaking Class
If you are a cheese lover, you won't want to miss this Cheesemaking Class offered by The Addison House Jan 17 - 20. The 3-day class includes instructional material, cheesemaking for consumption by class participants and to take home, and a gift certificate towards dinner at Burlingame Restaurant on Saturday evening. The class is limited to 10 participants and rooms have been blocked for the event.
The fee for the class is $400/person in addition to their room reservation. Participants need to call the Inn at 904-277-1604 to reserve a room.

Chef's Adventure Menu at Salt
From Jan 19 - Jan 23 Salt Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island presents the Chef’s Adventure Menu expertly prepared by Chef Rick Laughlin and the Salt kitchen team. This 4-course signature menu offers guests a blind-tasting geared to their unique preferences, ensuring a one-of-a-kind personalized experience at The Ritz-Carlton’s only domestic AAA Five-Diamond restaurant. Especially for Amelia Island Restaurant Week, this menu will include a complimentary champagne toast and signature gift from the Chef.

Hors d'oeuvres and Concert with Rupert Wates
On Saturday, January 18 at 6pm, Story & Song Bookstore Bistro will offer an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, followed at 7:30pm by a concert performance by acclaimed singer/songwriter RUPERT WATES. Seating is limited. Tickets are $41 and may be purchased in advance at the bookstore or by calling 904-601-2118. 

Farm to Table Finale Dinner
Restaurant Week will conclude with the “Farm to Table Rebirth” finale dinner (Jan. 25) at the OMNI AMELIA ISLAND PLANTATION. Drawing inspiration from THE SPROUTING PROJECT and its resident chickens, Executive Chef Todd Ruiz will craft a five-course dinner with unique dishes using eggs as the showcased ingredient.
Price: $91.46 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity).
