Enchant your palate during Amelia Island Restaurant Week. 27 local establishments have crafted very special menus, offering diners prix-fixe meals with a $12 lunch or a three-course dinner priced at either $19 or $31 per person. The eclectic array of cuisines features Italian, Spanish, Seafood, Deep Southern, Cuban, French, and Creole, amongst others. (Would you expect anything less diverse from the island that has flown 8 flags?)

Don't miss these mouth-watering Restauarant Week specialties:

1) A Tribute to Amelia Island Cuisine (SOLD OUT). Kicking off Restaurant Week on January 21, The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island's  culinary alumni Chefs return to celebrate the Coast restaurant launch with “A Tribute to Amelia Island Cuisine”.  The evening begins with a Moet Hennessey wine tasting and passed hors d’oeuvre, continuing with a dinner seating, at which each celebrated chef presents his own culinary creation to guests. Visit here for pricing, reservations, and the tantalizing menu.

2) Special Guided Tours. In addition to the many dining options, visitors will also enjoy special Farmer’s Market tours with the Amelia Island Culinary Academy and nightly Tasting Tours with Marlin & Barrel Distillery

3) Outlaw Dinner. Restaurant Week closes with a bang at the “Outlaw Dinner” on January 30 at Sunrise Cafe, located on Omni Amelia Island Resort. The four-course dinner will highlight different ingredients that have been “outlawed” at some point. Each course will be paired with a complementary wine and moonshine cocktail. Featured ingredients include foie gras and absinthe, both of which have a history of being banned. For pricing and reservations details, click here

4) Salt & Savor. For an unforgettably indulgent experience, The Local Palate and The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island offer “Salt & Savor”, a three-day package including two tickets to the Restaurant Week Kickoff dinner at Coast, an exclusive cooking demonstration with Top Chef Judge and author of A New Turn in the South, Hugh Acheson, a private Moet Hennessey cocktail hour mixology session with Jordan Bushel, and more. For those seeking a day package, The Local Palate just announced a special day of culinary and beverage events with star chefs on Saturday, January 23, priced at $65 per person.
