Fisherman's Journey Opening Dinner

Raise a glass to celebrate the beginning of a new year and the opening of Amelia Island Restaurant Week with the Fisherman's Journey dinner at OMNI AMELIA ISLAND RESORT. The five-course dinner will take you on an epicurean journey that will give a glimpse into a day in the life of an Amelia Island fisherman. Adventurous diners will start with a reception at 6pm followed by dinner at 6:30pm where each course is paired with a cocktail. Thursday, January 20, 2022, 6:00 - 8:00pm, Sunrise Cafe. $99 per person (includes tax and gratuity) Complimentary self-parking in garage or lot next to the conference center
3rd Annual Sip & Shop

Kick off Restaurant Week with the 3rd Annual Sip & Shop at more than 20 downtown retail shop locations. Presented by Fernandina Beach Main Street, Sip & Shop attendees receive an insulated wine cup, wristband, and a map to the shop locations where you can sip while you shop. Registration begins at 4PM on Friday, January 21 in the Pocket Park next to Amelia Island Coffee. Sips will be poured until 7PM. This event will be held rain or shine. Meet and Greet at The Boat House

Head over to The Boat House during Restaurant Week and enjoy live music every day and night and Meet and Greet the one and only, Chef Daniel (dinner service only) who continually up's his game in the kitchen.
Cayman Reunion Dinner at Salt

When two notable Ritz-Carlton chefs collide with a sommelier, pure magic happens. The Cayman Reunion wine dinner will reunite chefs Okan Kizilbayir (The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island) and former colleague Thomas Seifried (The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman) by offering a unique epicurean experience paired with exclusive wine selections by Michael Kennedy, President and Founder, Vin Fraiche Wine Group. The evening will pay tribute to the memorable experience of the Cayman Cookouts in a fresh, new way to showcase the talented chefs and sommelier and their expansive culinary knowledge and excellence.
