Mocama Brewing Company
- Opening in the old Ford car dealership on 8th Street, Mocama Brewery beer styles will range from Lagers to Stouts to Hazy IPAs. We're looking forward to greeting them soon.

Sea Cottages of Amelia - Opening soon and located just one block from the beach, Sea Cottages of Amelia offers studio and one-bedroom suites, both with kitchenettes and all the comforts of home. Kayaks, bikes and scooters will also be available for rent.

Courtyard by Marriott & Springhill Suites - Currently scheduled to open in the spring of 2021, the Courtyard by Marriott and SpringHill Suites will share one rooftop and add 239 rooms to Amelia Island’s overnight lodging inventory. The 37,000 square foot building will also include meeting and conference space.

Holiday Inn Express - This new hotel will offer 93 rooms and be located in the Gateway to Amelia office complex situated next door to two restaurants, Cantina Louie and Captain Jack’s Smokehouse.
