Online Shopping: Amelia Island Market
An all inclusive, one-stop shopping experience to share more #AmeliaIslandSunshine with our visitors.
Are you missing us as much as we're missing you? Social distancing is necessary right now but staying home isn't always easy. Our visitors have had to reschedule vacations, families have had to postpone visits and many of our island's brick and mortar business owners have had to temporarily close their doors.

With all good intentions and high hopes, the Amelia Island Market was created as a one-stop-shop for Amelia Island's loyal friends, residents and visitors to support the companies and employees of your favorite shops, restaurants, activities and lodging partners on Amelia Island. Over 50 businesses and 100 products are available on Amelia Island Market with more being added each day! All sales from this site go directly to the individual businesses to help keep business flowing. Check out this sampling of the great products and gift cards you can find on the Amelia Island Market site, then head on over for some retail therapy! We can't wait to see you in person soon.

backwater-cat.pngYou know we love a good adventure here on Amelia Island and so do our friends at Amelia Island Kayak Excursions, Amelia Island AdventuresBackwater Cat Adventures, Amelia Adventures, and Amelia River Cruises & Charters. They all can't wait to get you back on the water whether it's for a family-friendly cruise, a soulful kayak excursion, or an all out adrenoline-pumping good time in a two-seater craigcat boat. If exploring to you means staying dry... on land, check out Current Running and order yourself some new running/walking/exploring shoes. They have plenty of choices just waiting to ship to your door. Whether on a boat, kayak, or foot, we can all agree that fresh air and being at one with nature is just what the doctor ordered!

amelia-island-toffee-(1).jpgWe have so many great restaurants on Amelia Island and they can't wait to see you filling their dining rooms up again with family and laughter. In the meantime, Amelia Island Market has gift cards for purchase from many of your favorite island eateries to use when you visit again. If you don't want to wait that long, Amelia Island Toffee has your sweet tooth covered with several flavors of toffee made ready to order. The sumptuous texture comes from the salty sea air that fills their Amelia Island kitchen. I can personally attest to their goodness. If cooking is how you've been passing the time lately, or if you would like to learn how to cook, our very own Chef Bill Thompson (owner of Island Kitchen restaurant) has created a series of online cooking classes. He'll teach you how to cook restaurant-quality food right from the comfort of your own kitchen!

If purchasing a gift card to use the next time you visit us is the better way to go, we get it. It will give you something to look forward to on your return. Check out our partners at Driftwood Surf Shop, Twisted Sisters!, Olive Amelia and The Surf Restaurant who are all selling gift cards with more value than the cost. Wow!

Lastly, if you would still like to help our island businesses in some way, consider a making a donation to Amelia Island Tourism Gives. The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the travel industry on Amelia Island. Over 2,000 hospitality employees have been laid off across hotels, restaurants and activities around the island. Created by the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau with support from the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Amelia Island Tourism Gives initiative is donating $100,000 to Barnabas Center of Nassau County, a highly regarded, non-profit, multi-service agency providing food, housing and utility assistance, and medical care to those in crisis.

Barnabas has seen an unprecedented number of local residents without a paycheck, many from the tourism industry, that are in need of support. All additional donations made through the Amelia Island Market will be given to Barnabas to help achieve the mission of “providing help and hope to individuals and families in need throughout Nassau County.” Show how you #LoveAmelia by providing a donation today and planning a visit to Amelia Island in the future.
