The Hoyt House Bed & Breakfast offers an English Tea Experience from 12:30pm to 3pm Wednesday through Sunday. Enjoy an amazing and authentic menu with scones and freshly made crumpets, jams & clotted cream along with a player piano completing the ambiance in this 105-year-old mansion. A variety of tea sandwiches, Salmon Mousse pinwheels, truffled mushroom in filo and fresh made fruit tartletss with lemon curd just to name a few, as well as a cheese and cracker tray with pate and tea sandwiches. Guests can select from a choice of eight loose teas from around the world served in their very own tea pot. Enjoy an authentic Bellini Cocktail, Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Classic Champagne & Strawberries before your tea and crumpets are served on a beautiful silver three tier tray.
Reservations are required. Monday & Tuesday is available for private tea parties for 8 or more. Prices vary from 10.95pp to 22.95pp with a special Tea for Two at 39.95. A lovely affair for those who want to enjoy Tea & Crumpets and a Victorian mansion as your backdrop.
