You know Chef Jacques Pépin as a renowned cook, teacher, and artist, but did you know he is also a passionate Pétanque player?  While vacationing on Amelia Island this spring, Chef Pépin graciously cooked some local shrimp at the harborfront courts during a mini tournament.
